Enjoy Diving in Amed Karangasem

Type:
Deep drop off 3 walls, coastal reef, shallow wreck, and macro dives.

Access:
About 35 minutes by car from Candidasa Bali. Little traditional boats bring us into the walls, easy to start straight through the beach with other dive sites.

Coral Reef State:
Tremendous variety of hard corals though a warming and leading of thorn starfish damaged some years ago.

Fish Species:
Huge variety of exotic reef fish: trigger, grouper, scorpion, parrot fish, moray eels, turtles and little reef sharks napoleons.

Current:
Easy dive site, nothing or mild, ideal conditions for newbie.

Visibility:
25m+ June to October Great snorkelling.

Note:
Absolutely no diving immediately after heavy rain in December to March.

Highlights:
Great spot for photography; anemone, tunicates, ghost pipe fish.
